Baseline Systems sells digital products including frameworks, calculators, templates, prompt libraries, and checklists. All products are delivered digitally via Gumroad immediately upon confirmed payment.

You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided (PDF, XLSX, HTML, DOCX). We do not offer refunds on the basis of technical incompatibility that was reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions: if a product you purchased is materially different from its description, or if a technical fault prevents you from accessing it, contact us at startbaselinesystems@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All content on thebaselinesystems.co and within our products — including frameworks, templates, calculators, written content, and prompt libraries — is the intellectual property of Baseline Systems and is protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others who have not purchased them
• Use the content to create competing products or derivative works for commercial distribution
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices or attribution
• Share access credentials or download links with others

Personal use includes adapting templates and calculators for your own business operations. This is expressly permitted and encouraged.

Baseline Systems products are provided for informational and operational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

Results from using our products depend entirely on how you apply them and the specific circumstances of your business. We make no guarantees of specific financial outcomes, revenue improvements, or profitability gains.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baseline Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our site and products may reference or link to third-party tools, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

Our products are sold through Gumroad. Your purchase is subject to Gumroad's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be at thebaselinesystems.co/terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also update, revise, or discontinue products at any time. Purchased products will remain available to you through the original delivery method (Gumroad download).
